self-motivated National Sales Coordinator.

What you need:
- Work with National Sales Managers in processing and managing national orders
· Pull contracts, spots times, proposal development, and reports in a timely manner.
· Inform
clients of program changes and outstanding pre-empts.
· Collaborate with national account executives to build makegood packages.
· Provide backup support to Receptionist.
What you need:
- College
degree with minimum one year media sales experience preferred.Strong
oral and written communications skills.
· Ability
to work in an extremely fast-paced, high pressured environment to meet strict
deadlines.
· Detail
oriented and strong time management skills.
· Strong
computer (Microsoft Office) & problem solving skills
· Superior organization skills, must be able to multi-task and managing multiple
priorities with confidence, balance and vigor.
· Strong
analytical skills, attention to detail, streamline, analyze, and present data
to assist with management reporting.
· Medialine
and Wide Orbit Experience a plus.
